At the Auld Hundred we have recently partnered with Annandale distillery to create our very own Single Malt whisky – Auld Dram. Auld Dram has tasting notes speak of wood spice, vanilla, biscuit, pepper, stone fruits and stewed apples, with a light floral aroma of ‘sweet biscuity malt, buttery vanilla, golden syrup, and cooked orchard fruits’. It has been matured for six years in an ex-bourbon cask, non-chill filtered, giving it a natural colour. Only 290 bottles of the limited-edition tipple are being produced at 50% ABV its available by the dram and bottle, while stocks last.
